Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. A confirmation email or message will be sent once your booking is finalized. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If your session exceeds the allocated time, additional charges will apply and must be paid in person at the end of the appointment. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the payment. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
